Oyster Little Bourke opened February 28th 2006 and is a contemporary restaurant and bar inspired by the great eating houses of Europe. In its first year Oyster was awarded one chef’s hat by “The Age Good Food Guide”.
As the name implies, the restaurant features oysters from around Australia, always shucked during service, not before. However they have lots more to offer: dry-aged prime cuts of beef, house-made pastas and award-winning risottos mean there’s something to suit all diners’ preferences - from mild to wild.
The Oyster team is led by two highly experienced industry professionals as partners in the business.
