As of December 1st 2006, Oakford Gordon Towers was sold by Ascott International to a Franchisee group as part of the Quest Serviced Apartment Accommodation Group. The property has subsequently been renamed Quest on Lonsdale.
The property has been undergoing a soft refurbishment and maintenance programme. Some of the areas addressed to be addressed include:
-Repainting of all apartments
-Replacement of all carpet
-General maintenance and cleanliness
-Repair on the building exterior
So far, we have made great progress and have completed:
-Replacement of all bedding and bed linen with new doonas, pillows and throw rugs
-Painting has begun on the interior of the apartments and internal hallways
-Brand new lounge and dining suites installed in all apartments
-Foxtel TV installed in all apartments
Our endeavour is to provide you, our valued client with the best possible product and service and as such appreciate your patience and understanding during this transitional period. It is not anticipated that this work will cause any disruption to our guests.
